She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 2001 before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in 2005. From the beginning of her career, she was drawn to dentistry not only for its science, but for its ability to restore confidence and improve quality of life.
Her clinical focus includes comprehensive general dentistry and smile design, disciplines that require both technical discipline and an aesthetic eye. Implant dentistry stands at the core of her practice. Dr. Alvarez dedicates herself to advanced implant rehabilitation, with a particular focus on full-arch All-on-X restorations. Every case is approached with intention, detailed diagnostics, and a long-term perspective on oral health.

Dr. Ana Laura Fernandez practices dentistry with clarity, precision, and a strong commitment to aesthetic detail. Her academic path reflects a foundation built on discipline and intention.
She earned her Associate in Arts from Miami Dade Honors College in 2014. She continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2021 from Nova Southeastern University.
Her clinical focus includes comprehensive general dentistry and Digital Smile Design, disciplines that require both technical structure and a refined aesthetic eye. Digital Smile Design stands at the core of her work. At Excellence In Dental Care, Dr. Fernandez dedicates herself to advanced digital planning, with particular attention to proportion, symmetry, and facial harmony. It is intentional planning guided by structure, balance, and long-term function. Every case is approached thoughtfully, with careful analysis and personalized execution.
